Code of Ethics for Our External Stakeholders
The GYMA-Comexo Alliance is committed to rejecting any form of conflict of interest, fraud, or corruption in the course of its activities, regardless of the
stakeholders involved.
The Alliance is committed to upholding the principles of integrity, transparency, and corruption prevention.
The GYMA-COMEXO Alliance is committed to:
- Promptly informing its stakeholders of any suspicion or proven instance involving the receipt of an undue advantage, whether material, financial, or of any other nature,
- Immediately implementing appropriate measures in the event of a conflict of interest, fraud, or corruption,
- Assist its stakeholders, as necessary, in responding to requests from the relevant authorities as part of the fight against corruption, within the scope of the Alliance’s operations on behalf of a client or as the contracting party for a supplier, service provider, or subcontractor,
- Raise awareness among its employees regarding the fight against corruption.
The GYMA-COMEXO Alliance expects its external stakeholders to adhere to these same requirements.
An internal whistleblower program is already in place for the company’s employees.
The information contained in this report will be addressed immediately, handled anonymously and confidentially, within a timeframe appropriate to the severity of the report.
