Thanks to the creation of our Supply Chain department and the efficiency of our industrial tool, Gyma today provides its customers with a service level close to 100%.

The Gyma Supply Chain department fulfils a threefold mission: managing the circulation of both goods and information, supervising finished products from their launch to their distribution, and centralizing all our customers’ requirements (forecasts). The carefully planned and organized resource management guarantees the allocation of the means needed to optimize production and comply with our customers’ requirements (lead times).

The synchronisation of our transport and logistical planning / organization / procurement units has, in particular, resulted in the launch of our ERP which has been in operation at our production unit in Sorgues since 2010. This has led to faster and more reliable data exchange (real time exchange via radio frequency) and to an improved service to our customers (traceability).
