The group has the assets and the strengths required to be seen as a leading player on the European market.
2010 – 2011
Reorganization of the capital : in February 2011 the company is taken over by new shareholders, a new management is appointed and a new strategy is launched.
Strategical re-focusing : Gyma decides to concentrate on its core business of sauces in order to defend its leadership on the market and regain a strong commercial position in France and Europe.
Consequently, the spices business is sold in the summer of 2011.
With almost 20 years of expertise, Gyma today occupies the position of leader on the French market for cold sauces with almost 15% share of the market value.
2000
The adventure continues in Europe. Gyma pushes the boundaries and reinforces its European structure to cover Europe, from England to Portugal.
1992
Birth of the brand name Gyma and launch of 3 production plants in Europe, specializing in the manufacture and packaging of sauces and spices.
